Based on the Styling Concepts the Patterns are manufactured through the following route:- |
- Functional Drawing (2D) Generation.
- Sectional Template Generation for Patterns based on 2D drawings and 3D models.

- Pattern Development in Artificial Wood by skilled carpenters using various sectional templates.
|
|
- Pattern Painting to ensure surface conformity to sectional templates and generate a high degree of gloss for transferring features accurately on the mould.
|
|
- Pattern Validation is done to verify the conformance of the part with respect to the design parameters.
